摘要
根据当前大学生心理自助现状,阅读对提高大学生心理自助能力有重要意义。学者们从适应对象、服务方式、实施方法、阅读材料、临床操作等方面就阅读疗法提升大学生心理自助能力作了研究。针对以往研究的不足提出下一步研究设想与推广策略。
On the basis of analyzing current status of college students' mental health self-help in our country, the study puts forward the significance of bibliotherapy in enhancing college students' ability on mental health self-help. It also explors the current status of the study on bibliotherapy in some aspect, such as adaptive object, service style, operating methods, reading materials and clinic opreration. Faced with disadvantages of the past studies, the author puts forward the assumption of next study, as well as popularizing methods.
