摘要
学习者的个体差异,诸如动机,个性及不同的环境将会影响学习个体英语口语的习得,因而英语教师应该关注这些个体差异,进而找到合适的方法,途径来唤起学习者的兴趣,激发他们的学习动机,为学习者创造生动,有效的学习环境。
Since a learner's individuality, characterized by motivation, personality, and different social circumstances will affect the pace of his/her oral English learning, EFT teachers should pay attention to these individual factors and find ways to improve their interest, stimulating their motivation, and creating a lively oral English instruction by arousing a learner's atmosphere for the learner.
