摘要
分2步合成了富马酸淀粉甲酯(SMF)。先由富马酸单甲酯(MMF)与亚硫酰氯反应生成富马酸单甲酯单酰氯(MMFC),MMFC再与可溶性淀粉反应得到SMF。通过单因素实验确定SMF的最佳合成工艺为:亚硫酰氯和MMF的摩尔比为3∶1、在90℃下回流反应45 min(MMFC收率可达92%以上);MMFC与可溶性淀粉的摩尔比为40∶1、在25℃反应16 h,再分别经40%乙醇溶液和10%KHCO3溶液洗涤至中性。在此条件下富马酸淀粉甲酯的酯化度为12.03,其抗菌活性与富马酸单甲酯接近。
Starch methyl fumarate(SMF) was synthesized through two steps. Firstly,monomethyl fumarate(MMF) reacted with thionyl chloride to form monomethyl fumarate chloride (MMFC). And then MMFC reacted with soluble starch to form starch methyl fumarate (SMF). The optimum technological conditions for preparation of SMF were determined as follows:refluxing reacted at 90℃ for 45 minutes with molar ratio of thionyl chloride to MMF 3 : 1(MMFC yield was above 92% ); reacted at 25℃ for 16 h with molar ratio of MMFC to soluble starch 40 : 1 and washed by 40% alcohol solution and 10% KHCO3 solution until pH=7. The esterification degree of obtained SMF was 12.03 and it exhibited high inhibiting activity which was comparable with that of methyl fumarate.
