摘要
以脱氮假单胞杆菌(Pseudomonas denitrificans)为供试菌株,对维生素B12分批补料发酵动力学模型进行研究。建立了该菌株发酵合成维生素B12的菌体生长、产物合成和总糖消耗的动力学模型,并通过Origin7.5软件对模型参数进行了非线性拟合。结果发现,预测值与实验值有良好的拟合性,说明所建模型能较好地反映维生素B12分批补料发酵过程。
Pseudornonas denitrificans was used as the test strain to study kinetic models of fed-batch fermentation for cell growth,vitamin B12 production and total sugar consumption. The parameters were obtained with nonlinear curve fit by Origin7.5. And the good agreement of predicted values with the e.xperimental results showed that the kinetic models could provide reasonable descriptions for the process of vitamin B12 fedbatch fermentation.
