摘要
就XDA-1型吸附树脂对二硝基重氮酚(DDNP)生产废水中硝基酚的去除进行了研究。静态和动态实验结果表明,吸附平衡等温线与Freundlich模型拟合良好,属于优惠型吸附;吸附速率不仅是吸附时间的函数,还与液固比有关;吸附的动力学方程为qt=2.5934rexp(B/t);树脂的吸附量(pH=2)为86.32 mg.g-1;吸附处理的最佳操作条件是:废水pH值为2、吸附温度为20℃、流速为2 BV.h-1,此时树脂饱和吸附量为225.6 mg.g-1、穿透体积为221.4 mL;选用复合式脱附剂5%NaOH溶液和40%乙醇溶液,脱附温度为21℃,脱附体积为10 BV,此时脱附率可达99%。
The adsorption behavior of nitrophenols from the diazodinitrophenol production wastewater was studied in the static and dynamic systems by XDA-1 style macroporous resin. The adsorption isotherm was fitted better to the Freundlich model and adsorptive progress was preferentional benefit adsorption. The rate of adsorption was related to not only the time but also the phase ratio of liquid to solid. The dynamic equation of adsorption was qt=2. 5934rexp(B/t). The adsorption capacity was 86.32 mg · g^-1 when pH value was 2. The optimum operation conditions were as follows: pH value was 2,adsorption tempereture was 20℃, wastewater flowing rate was 2 BV · h^-1. Under these conditions,the saturations uptake was 225.6 mg · g^-1 ,and the breakthrough volume was 221.4 mL. The desorption rate could reach 99% when the desorption temperature was 21℃ ,and the desorption solution volume was 10 BV with 5% NaOH and 40% C2HsOH as composite desorption agents.
