摘要 目的:研究丙酮酸钙对运动员体重、体脂含量以及运动能力的影响。方法:以天津体育学院摔跤队男性运动员为研究对象,选取40人,随机分为4组:安慰剂组、低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,每组10人,分别给予安慰剂25 mg.kg-1.s-1葡萄糖、丙酮酸钙25 mg.kg-1.s-1、50 mg.kg-1.s-1、75 mg.kg-1.s-1,每天早晚各1次,连续4 w。试验前后分别测试各项指标。结果:试验末中、高剂量组运动员体重、BMI显著低于试验前(P<0.05);高剂量组运动员皮褶厚度显著低于试验前(P<0.05);各组试验前后无氧运动能力差异无统计学意义,但中、高剂量组峰值无氧功率、平均无氧功率均呈上升趋势,无氧功率降低率呈下降趋势。结论:丙酮酸钙具有降低体重、降低脂肪含量的作用,而且在降低体脂的同时,并不影响机体的运动能力。 Objective: Our experiment is designed to investigate the effects of oral calcium pyruvate supplement on body weight, body fat mass and training ability in athletes. Methods: 40 male wrestlers of Tianjin Pysical Education and Sports Science are randomly divided into four groups and supplemented calcium pyruvate of 0, 25, 50,75 (mg·kg^-1·s^-1) respectivdy, two times per days for four weeks. Placebo group are supplemented 25mg·kg^-1·s^-1 glucase, two times per days for four weeks. Body weight, BMI, fat pad and anaerobic training ability are measured at the begining of experiment and at the end of the experiment. Results: At the end of the experiment, there is a statistically significant decrease in body weight, body mass index in median dose group and high dose group(p〈0.05) and in the fat padin high dose group(p〈 0.05). In anaerobic exercise ability, there is an enhancing trend in peak anaerobic power, and average anaerobic power and there is a decreasing trend in decreasing rate of anaerobic power in median dose group and high dose group which there is no statistical meaning. Conclusion: The results suggest that ealdum pyruvate can effectively decrease body weight, fat pad. And there are no statistical changes in anaerobic exercise ability in male wrestlers.
