摘要
针对现有机构学论著中"力约束对机构而言是一种保持力封闭的装置,对机构的自由度没有影响"的论述,在建立瓦楞辊齿形方程和对上、下两根瓦楞辊瞬时接触分析的基础上,结合瓦楞辊动力学分析,说明由于力约束的作用,导致了瓦楞辊运动的随机性,但瓦楞辊运动的随机性仍然满足瓦楞纸板成型的要求.
It is illustrated in this article that the degree of mechanism freedom is influenced by the force constrain. The movement of the corrugated roller is random because of the force constraint. But the random movement of the corrugated roller still satisfied the requirement of the formation of corrugated paper.
