摘要
针对扭振激振器用曲柄摇杆机构的设计,采用MATLAB软件对曲柄摇杆机构的速度与加速度进行了分析.结果表明,采用曲柄摇杆机构的机械式扭振激振器的合理工作频率范围应小于8 Hz,并给出了该机构的合理设计尺寸.
A crank rocker mechanism in mechanical torsional vibration vibrator is designed in this paper. Velocity and acceleration of crank rocker mechanism are calculated and analyzed by using MATLAB. The result of analysis shows that the reasonable frequency range of mechanical torsional vibration vibrator which uses crank rocker mechanism is less than 8HZ. And the reasonable designing size of this mechanism is offered.
