摘要
对我国竞技体育人力资源系统中两个核心的人群———运动员和教练员的培养进行分析研究,针对运动员以及教练员培养存在的问题,提出了相关对策。
The essay probes into the education of athletes and coaches, namely, the core of elite sports human resources, and proposes some solutions to the potential problems concerning the status quo of athletes ＆ coaches education.
