摘要
运用对比分析法对中外优秀男子跳远运动员的助跑速度问题进行了探讨。结果表明:绝对速度水平落后、最后5m段的速度处于下降状态、助跑最后1步的速度比倒数第2步速度的下降幅度大,起跳垂直速度过小是我国跳远运动水平落后的症结所在。
By using the method of comparative analysis, this paper makes the discussion on the problem of velocity for Chinese and foreign dite male long jumpers. The result shows that absolute speed is lag behind,the last 5m dropped continuously, velocity of last one- step decease, but the range is higher than the one of foreign jumpers, vertical takeoff speed is so slow that limit the perforrnarce of long- jump in China.
