Through viewing all the two phrases of the competition live broadcast of the World Women＇s Volleyball Grand Prix in the video, we observed and analyzed the present states of the New Chinese Women＇s Volleyball National the team＇s skills and strategies from the perspective of Microscope techniques. We concluded that more practice, especially competitive in real game is needed and we should deliberately study every aspect of the skills and strategies, cultivate the team＇s psychological quality, develop it＇s latent capacity and pool the wisdom and efforts of everyone so as to contribute to the great performance of the New Chinese Women＇s Volleyball National Team.
