笔者从我国农村土地承包经营权流转的发展现状、存在的难点二方面进行探讨,提出农村土地承包经营权建立与完善市场流转机制、慎重对待农村土地承包经营权流转等建议。

This article discusses the present state and difficulties of Circulation of rural land contracted management right in our country, and offers some proposals of prudently dealing with the circulation of rural land contracted management right, such as the mechanism of creating and improving market circulation.
