温针灸治疗60例风寒型肩周炎

60 Cases Clinical Report of Treatment of Wind-cold Type Periarthritis of Shoulder with Acupuncture with Warmed Needle

目的观察温针灸治疗风寒型肩周炎的效果。方法选择60例风寒型肩周炎的患者，观察温针灸对总体疗效、疼痛、活动范围等临床指标的影响。结果温针灸治疗的总有效率为80％。结论温针灸是临床上治疗风寒型肩周炎较有优势的方法之一。

Objective To observation the effect of treating wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder with acupuncture with warmed needle. Methods Study the influence of acupuncture with warmed needle on clinical indexes as total therapeutic effect, pain, and range of activity of 60 patients with wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder. Result The total effective rate was over 80%. Conclusion acupuncture with warmed needle is a good method in treating wind-cold type periarthritis of shoulder clinically.
