2007年大庆市部分城市社区居民糖尿病患病情况调查

Investigation on the Prevalence of Diabetes among the Residents in Daqing City in 2007

[目的]了解大庆市城市社区居民糖尿病患病情况,为制订城市社区糖尿病综合防治策略提供依据。[方法]2007年采用整群抽样的方法对大庆市城市社区20岁以上常住居民进行血糖检测。[结果]检测10 158人,糖尿病患病率为5.10%,其中2型糖尿病占91.89%。糖尿病患病率随着年龄的增长而增高(P<0.01)。[结论]大庆市城市社区居民糖尿病患病率较1993年明显升高。

[ Objective]To understand the prevalence of diabetes among the residents in Daqing city, provide scientific basis for making control and prevention strategies. [Methods]Blood sugar was tested for the residents aged over 20 in Daqing city with Chester sampling method in 2007. [Results]Of 10 158 residents tested, the morbidity of diabetes was 5.10%, type 2 diabetes accounted for 91.89 %. The morbidity increased along with the increase of age （ P〈0.01）.[Conclusion]The morbidity of diabetes in the residents of Daqing city was higher than that in 1993.
