2006年济南市某轧钢厂职业病危害因素调查

摘要 [目的]了解钢材轧制过程中的职业病危害因素,控制职业病的发生。[方法]采用GBZ 159-2004对某大型钢铁厂轧钢车间进行了劳动卫生检测和调查,对检测结果进行分析。[结果]结果显示粉尘、一氧化碳、噪声、高温是其主要危害因素。其中,噪声合格率为66.67%,高温因素合格率为0.00%。[结论]该轧钢厂防毒防尘措施效果较好,在防暑、防噪声等方面还需加强改进。 [Objective]To study the occupational hazard in steel rolling production and control occupational disease. [Methods]The work environment in a steel rolling mill was investigated and examined based on GBZ 159-2004 and the results of examination were analyzed. [Results]The main hazard factors are dust, carbon monoxide,noise and high- temperature. The qualified rate of noise was 66, 67 % and the qualified rate of high temperature was 0.00 %. [Conclusion]Dust and noxious gas control was preferably and more effective actions should be taken to control the hazards of noise and high-temperature.
