Two Micron Continuous Wave Laser for Treatment of Cystitis Glandularis

目的观察2μm激光气化术治疗腺性膀胱炎的临床疗效。方法腺性膀胱炎患者32例,年龄26～64岁,平均48岁,采用骶管麻醉以及表面麻醉,应用德国生产的RevoLix 2μm连续波医用激光手术治疗系统,观察术中出血情况、手术时间、术后留置尿管时间以及疗效。结果32例患者麻醉平稳,手术顺利,手术时间10～45 min,平均(26±9.6)min,术中无输血病例。术后27例未留置导尿管,其余5例留置尿管时间24～72 h,平均(36.0±12.7)h。治愈19例,好转12例。结论2μm激光气化术治疗腺性膀胱炎具有手术时间短、术中出血少和留置导尿管时间短等优点,尤其适用于高龄高危患者。2μm激光气化术是治疗腺性膀胱炎的微创、安全、有效的方法。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of 2 micron continuous wave laser for the treatment of cystitis glandularis. Methods A total of 32 patients with cystitis glandularis underwent RevoLix 2 micron laser transurethrally. The ages ranged from 26 to 64 years with a mean of 48 years. The therapeutic results were evaluated by using following variables：blood loss, operative time, indwelling catheterization and the efficacy of operation. Results The operation was successful. The mean operative time was （26-9. 6） min （range, 10-45 min）. No patient requiredblood transfusion. Twenty seven patients did not need catheterization postoperatively. In the other 5 patients the mean catheterization time was （36 ± 12. 7） h （range,24-72 h）. Nineteen patients were cured and 12 patients improved. Conclusions In the treatment of cystitis glandularis, the 2 micron laser has such advantages as less operative time, less blood loss and less catheterization time, especially for those at advanced age or at high risk. The 2 micron laser is a good method with safety and minimal invasion.
