摘要
为了在企业广泛应用PDM系统条件下,快速构建工艺分工规划系统,提出了一种基于PDM系统的工艺分工规划设计与管理解决办法。在引入物理制造单元、逻辑制造单元、逻辑加工路线和可执行加工路线等概念基础上,介绍了系统的总体框架和工作流程,分析了产品零组件信息模型建立、系统数据组织和基于知识的逻辑加工路线设计等关键技术。通过依据论文提出方法实现的应用系统的介绍,说明通过该方法可以有效解决通过集成方式的工艺分工规划解决办法所引起的数据冗余、一致性差、信息共享度低、效率低下等问题。
In order to construct a process assignment and planning system quickly according to the situation of an enterprise, a method for process assignment based on PDM (Product Data Management) is presented. The conceptions of physical manufacturing cell, logical manufacturing unit, logical machining route and executive process route are first introduced. Then, the framework and workflow of the system are constructed, and the part information model, system data organization and logical machining route based on knowledge are analyzed in detail. From the application system implemented by our method, we can conclude that problems such as data redundancy and incoherence, low degree information sharing, and system inefficiency etc are successfully solved by our method.
