摘要
针对大型飞机常用的复杂四轮小车式起落架结构布局型式,其轮胎选型及起落架结构强度分析时要用到单个机轮上的作用载荷。本文依据飞机着陆过程中起落架的缓冲器与轴向载荷的关系曲线,在建立了机轮轮胎压缩量与飞机地面垂直载荷关系曲线的基础上,探讨了飞机大迎角着陆过程中对四轮小车式起落架前、后机轮载荷分配的影响,提出了四轮小车式起落架机轮载荷分配的计算分析方法,并以波音707飞机为例进行了计算,验证了文中所提出方法的有效性和可行性。
For the four-wheel landing gear on a large aircraft, the load of each wheel is usually used in the selection of tyre and landing gear structure. Based on the relationship between buffer and axial load of a landing gear when the aircraft is landing, the relationship between wheel tyre compression quantity and vertical ground load is derived. The influence of landing at large attack angle on the load distribution of a four-wheel landing gear is studied in detail, and a method for calculating the load distribution is given. The validity and feasibility of the proposed method are demonstrated by calculating the wheel load distribution of the landing gear of Boeing 707 aircraft.
