中国—东盟博览会蕴涵有人文精神的主题,人文精神赋予博览会新的灵魂,提升博览会的内在质量和外在形象。确立"人文博览"战略思想,是时代的呼唤,人文博览是历史文化发展的必然。人文精神是推动博览会的原动力,博览会又以鲜明的时代精神和民族特色,为弘扬人文精神做出新的贡献。文化与经济、政治、社会互动发展,打造"中国—东盟"文化交流的新格局,制定科学长远而切实可行的"中国—东盟"文化合作发展规划,以文化产业拓展和深化文化交流合作,使人文精神发扬光大,永驻博览会。

China- ASEAN Exposition holds the humanism as its theme, which gives a better interior essence and exterior image to the Exposition itself. Humanism Exposition is the trend of the development of history and culture. Humanism is the motivation of the Exposition, while the Exposition bestows Humanism with new spirit of times and national characteristics. Thus, with the integration of culture, economy, politics and society, a new pattern of ＂China -ASEAN＂ culture exchange will be formed. And together with the development of ＂China - ASEAN＂ cultural co - operation, Humanism will be elaborated and stay with the Exposition forever.
