刘永福作为中国近现代史上著名的民族英雄,其位于钦州的故居——三宣堂,浓缩了他一生反清抗外守土爱民的业绩,具有重要的历史价值和文化内涵。三宣堂不仅是钦州城市的灵魂和荣光,更是开发文化产品、开发旅游项目的潜在资源,目前其在保护与开发中存在不少问题。从建立刘永福生平展览馆、加强宣传营销力度、加强周边旅游景点的联合开发、积极筹集开发资金等方面对其进行保护性旅游开发,使这一举世闻名的文化遗产得到更好的保护与利用。

San Xuan Tang located in Qinzhou , the former residence of Liu Yongfu, a famous nationality hero in Chinese modern times , showing much his all - life against - Man nationality and foreign invasion and for the homeland deeds, is of much historical and cultural value. San Xuan Tang , the soul and glory ,now is faced with a few problems with the production and development of it with the positive resources for developing cultural products and tourism programs. We may make productive tourism development of it by building exhibiting hall for Liu Yongfu＇ s all life, strengthening publicity and marketing, and the united development of the round about tourism spots and actively collecting development funds and so on ,therefore make San Xuan Tang the world famous cultural heritage better protected and used.
