蒸汽爆破预处理桉木的形态结构与主化学成分变化 被引量:16

摘要 为了弄清楚通过生物方法将桉木原料转化成单细胞蛋白,该研究用蒸汽爆破技术分离了桉木的主化学成分,通过常规化学分析方法及扫描电镜、X射线衍射、红外光谱等现代分析手段,分析了蒸汽爆破前后桉木主化学成分和形态结构的变化。结果表明,蒸汽爆破处理能使桉木纤维的结合变得松散,表面积增大,纹孔膜破裂,提高了生物酶的可及度,有利于改善其生物化学反应环境;蒸汽爆破过程溶解出一定量的半纤维素和木素,纤维素除无定形区有少量降解外,基本不受影响,有利于提高酶解率。 In order to make clear the process of converting eucalyptus wood materials to single cell protein by biological method,this research separated the major chemical components of eucalyptus wood by steam explosion technique.The advanced analytic techniques including SEM,X-ray diffraction spectrum and IR spectrum were applied to investigate the effects of steam cracking on major chemical components,appearance and structure of eucalyptus wood.The results show that steam cracking treatment causes the relaxation of wood fibers and the breakage of pit membrane,which consequently enhance the available surface area of enzymes,and improve the performance of biochemical reaction.The steam cracking treatment also make part of hemicellulose and lignin dissolve,cellulose is basically not losing except little decomposing in amorphous area,and it is favorable for improving enzymic hydrolysis.
