摘要
研究分析了铁路客车侧墙大板工艺与侧墙小板工艺的制造工艺流程。通过两种制造工艺的对比分析可知:侧墙小板工艺流程复杂,配套技术装备投入很大,对原材料的技术要求低,应用的适应性强;而侧墙大板工艺流程简单,配套技术装备投入较少,但对原材料的技术要求较高,应用范围受到限制。两种侧墙制造工艺应并存,以形成互补性很强的工艺布局。
With an analysis of the technological procees of the big and small plates on railway vehicles' side wall, this paper explains the steel structures manufacture technology according to a contrast of two kinds of manufacture technologyies, argues that both technologies shall jointly form a mutually complementary pattern for the side wall manufacture.
