摘要
针对城市轨道交通车辆采用的不锈钢材质,就不锈钢车体工艺性能研究和工装设计问题,阐述了不锈钢车体及大部件制造的工装化应用技术,列举了工装化的实施成效,并对不锈钢车体大部件的典型工装作了介绍。
Considering the stainless-steel material adopted in urban railway vehicles, the stainless-steel bodyshell manufacture and the jig designing issues, this paper mainly illustrates the jig technology applied in the manufacture of stainless-steel bodysheU and the components of ear body.
