肥胖人群的血清游离脂肪酸水平调查 被引量:12

摘要 目的探索不同性别及年龄段肥胖人群的游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平,研究FFA对肥胖患者胰岛素抵抗(IR)状态形成的作用。方法按体重指数(BMI)将实验对象(441例)分为超重/肥胖组及对照组,测量身高、体重,计算体重指数,测定血清游离脂肪酸。将两组的游离脂肪酸水平按性别、年龄分类进行分析。结果肥胖人群中血清FFA水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且升高幅度与反映肥胖度的指标(BMI)呈显著正相关。肥胖组和正常组游离脂肪酸性别间差异不明显。中青年人群肥胖者与正常者血清游离脂肪酸水平存在显著性差异,老年人群中差异不显著。结论FFA是联系肥胖和胰岛素抵抗的重要环节。 Objective To explore the levels of free fatty acids with differem gender and differem age group, to study the effect of free fatty acids(FFA) on the insulin resistance(IR) in obese patient.Methods According to body mass index(BMI), the experimen- tal subjects(441 persons) were divided into overweight/obese group and control group, measuring tile height and weight, calculating body mass index,then testing serum free fatty acids level. According to sex and age difference,making analysis with categorical data of FFA in two groups. Results Serum FFA levels in obesity group was signi6cantiy higher than that in control group( P 〈 0.01 ), and there was positive correlation in the elevation extent with BMI which is a index can represent adiposity. There was no significant differ- ence between male and female in both obese group and control group. There was significant difference between obese group and healthy group in young and middle - aged people, but there was no significant difference in aged people. Conclusion FFA is the key part that link obese and insulin resistance.
