学科专业的迅速发展与专业文献信息聚积使科研工作者获取高质量的文献变得更为重要,同时也增加了获取专业文献的难度。CASHL服务顺应情势,充分实践着"共建"、"共享"理念,构建起中国高校社科文献保障体系,力求解决科研工作者利用外文专业资源严重不足的矛盾。但是,服务尚处系列困境:一,影响度不够;二,利用率偏低。针对客观现实,提出相关对策:一,提高资源品质;二,降低利用费用;三,加大宣传力度;四,强化制度保障。

At the same time, it add to their difficulties of getting specialty documentation. CASHL service goes with the tide, fully practices the ideas of joint construction and share, put up China Academic Social Sciences and Humanities System. To settle the contradiction of foreign specialty resources shortage in research. But CASHL service is still in a dilemma： the first, inadequate influence; the second, low utilization rate. Facing the reality and putting forward correlative countermeasure： the first, improving resources quality, the second, reducing utilization cost, the third, increasing propaganda, the fourth, provide system protection.
