政府信息公开机制是一个复杂的系统,它由多个要素构成,要素与要素、要素与环境之间存在着密切的联系。本文以系统方法为切入点,阐述政府信息公开机制的内涵,分析系统方法应用于政府信息公开机制研究的可行性,并从三方面探讨系统方法对政府信息公开机制研究的作用。
