学术论文参考文献“用”而“不引”的经济学分析及对策

An Economic Analysis on and the Countermeasures to the Phenomenon of "Using but not Citing" the References in Chinese Academic Papers

通过《中国期刊全文数据库》,以"博弈论"和"社会交换论"为例,用"引用率"这个概念,调查分析了中国学术论文参考文献"用"而"不引"的现状及问题,并对其作了详细的经济学分析,包括时间效用分析、学术地位效用分析、规范效用分析、道德效用分析,以及总体效用分析。结论是:学术论文作者必然在对"用"而"不引"和"用"而且"引"这两种行为的预期效用进行综合评估后,选择预期效用最大的行为。据此,提出了相应的降低"用"而"不引"的预期效用的对策。

Through the Database of Chinese Joumals, taking ＂game＂ and ＂social exchange＂ as examples and using the concept of ＂quote rate＂, this article investigates the current situation of the phenomenon-- ＂using but not citing＂ the references in Chinese academic papers. Furthermore, it makes detailed economic analyses on this phenomenon, including time utility analysis, academic status utility analysis, norm utility analysis,ethic utility analysis, and overall utility analysis. The conclusion is that the authors will choose the utility-maximized behavior after they comprehensively evaluate the expected utilities of ＂using but not citing＂ and ＂using and citing＂. Finally, this article puts forward several countermeasures for solving the problem of ＂using but not citing＂.
