Study on Enterprise Patent Strategy Based on AHP-BCG Matrix

本文在基于AHP和BCG矩阵的基础上构建专利评价和战略选择模型,首先确定专利的评价指标体系,然后用AHP计算指标体系权重,再结合指标权重建立与BCG矩阵类似的专利评价矩阵,最后制定专利战略。

This article proposes a model for patent evaluation and strategy .selection. This model is based on AHP and BCG matrix. Firstly, determining the patent evaluation index system, then using AHP to compute weights of the index system and establishing patent evaluation matrix similar to BCG matrix by combining with index weights, at last formulating patent strategy.
