Government Information Access Effect on E-Government

本文通过电子政务建设与政府信息获取关系的深入探讨,指出电子政务建设必须基于政府信息为所有个人或组织获取利用的前提。当前,政府网站建设的进步与网上信息获取的低效已经限制和影响了电子政务的发展。同时,通过我国政府网站信息获取与利用状况的分析,提出改进措施与对策。

This study examines the relationship between the levels of e - government and the quality of government information access, pointing out that e - government principles are based on the assumption that government information should be accessed among all kinds of organizations. In contrast to government webs＇ rapidly growth, the low quality of government information access has been a dilemma which impacts the usability and efficiency of e - government, Then analyze blocking factors about information access in China, draw a conclusion that on - line government information access should be the key element of e - government which many steps should be taken to enhance accessibility of government information.
