摘要
目的:探讨顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效及机制。方法:将74例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为观察组(37例)和对照组(37例)。观察组37例患者放尽胸水后经胸腔内注入顺铂加香菇多糖进行治疗;对照组37例患者放尽胸水后经胸腔内注入顺铂进行治疗。结果:观察组有效率(86.5%)高于对照组(48.6%)具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:顺铂联合香菇多糖治疗恶性胸腔积液患者有确切疗效。明显提高化疗药敏感性,提高患者生存期及生活质量。
Objective ：To explore curative effect of cisplatin and lentinan on malignant pleural effusion.Method： 74 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into observataon group （37 cases） and control group （37 cases） . In observation group , 37 cases were intrathoracically injected with cisplatin and lentinan after pleural effusions were drained , and in the control , patients received cisplatin intrathoracicaUy only. Result： The response rate in observation group was 86.5 % , significantly higher than that of the control group （48.6%）, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： Cisplatin and lentinan have confirmed effects on the patients with malignant pleural effusion.
