可塑性钛钢板治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折41例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 41 Cases Plasticity Titanium Plate in the Treatment of Sanders Ⅱ～Ⅲ Calcaneal Fractures

目的：探讨切开复位可塑性跟骨钛钢板治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法：回顾性分析我院自2003年1月至2007年12月SandersⅡ-Ⅲ型跟骨骨折病人41例，治疗采用手术切开复位并用可塑性钛钢板进行固定。结果：所有病例均获随访，按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能，本组40例骨折中，优17例，良20例，可4例，优良率90．24％。结论：手术切开复位，钛钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ-Ⅲ型跟骨骨折是一种有效治疗方法。

Objective：To study the application of open reduction and plasticity titanium plate in the treatment of calcaneal fracture of the calcaneus. Method： A retrospective analysis of our hospital from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2007 Ⅱ-Ⅲ Sanders 41 cases of calcaneal fracture patients, treatment by surgery with open reduction and plasticity titanium plate fixation. Result： All patients were followed by maryland foot score postoperative functional evaluation system, the group of 40 cases of fracture, gifted 17 cases, good in 20 cases, excellent rate was 90.24%. Conclusion： Open reduction surgery, titanium plate fixation for the treat- ment of sanders Ⅱ-Ⅲ-calcaneal fractures is an effective method.
