摘要
目的:研究通心络治疗冠心病心肌缺血的疗效。方法:根据世界卫生组织的诊断标准确诊,将62例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组32例及对照组30例。两组常规西医治疗相同,治疗组另外加用中药通心络4粒日3次口服。疗程6个月。结果:治疗组显效19例(58.73%),有效12例(38.1%),无效1例(3.17%),总有效率96.83(31/32)。对照组显效、有效、无效、总有效率分别为13(43.75%),19(45.54%),3(10.71%),89.29%(27/30)。两组相比疗效差异显著(X2=8.37,P<0.05)。结论:通心络组疗效明显优于对照组。
Objective：To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease. Method： Patients were diagnosed according to criteria of World Health Organization. 62 cases were randomly divided into treatment group （32 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Routine western medicine treatment was used in two groups, Tongxinluo Capsule was added in the treatment group with a dose of 4 pills, 3 times a day. The therapeutic course was 6 months. Result： The total effective rate in treatment group was 96.83% （31/32） , 19 cases （58.73%） were obviously effective, 12 cases （38.1%） were effective, and 1 case was ineffective. The corresponding cases in control group were 89.29% （27/30）, 13 （43.75%）, 14（45.54% ）, 3（10.71% ）. There was obviously difference in two groups. Conclusion： Tongxin-luo Capsule has a good effect 6n treatment myocardial ischemia of coronary heart disease.
