摘要
基于旋流设备的多元化发展趋势,开发了一种新型旋流过滤的组合式分离器。该结构以轴流导叶式水力旋流器为原型,其部分筒段和锥段都由过滤介质制成。本研究针对这种新型的旋流过滤器进行不同结构参数和操作参数下的实验研究,并与同尺寸的旋流器进行了比较。实验发现,在分离效率变化不大的情况下,旋流过滤器的处理量更大,其组合形式是以小锥角搭配短筒段为最佳,并总结出过滤介质孔径对分离性能的影响规律。
Based on the multiform developing trends of the cyclone equipments, a new filtering hydrocyclone is proposed, which consists of an axial-flow hydrocyclone whose conical section and part of cylinder are replaced by porous walls. The objective of this work is to investigate the effects provoked by different structure parameters and operation parameters, and to compare the equipment with a conventional hydrocyclone in the same size, Based on the experimental results, the separation efficiencies of the filtering hydrocyclone is lower, but with larger feed flowrates, And a combination of small cone and short cylinder is proved to have the best separation performance, Meanwhile, the effects of filtering medium's aperture are summed up.
