Comprehensive Evaluation of Information Service Ability in Libraries Based on The Analytic Hierarchy Process

信息服务能力是图书馆运用信息资源满足读者对文献信息需求的能力。本文利用层次分析法定性与定量相结合的科学决策思想,构建了图书馆信息服务能力评价指标体系,确定了指标权重,并通过实例对图书馆信息服务能力进行了综合评价。

The information service ability is that library satisfies the ability of reader for information demands with information resources. This paper has established evaluation indexed system of information service ability in the libraries by using the scientific decision- making idea combining the quantitative with qualitative analysis, confmns the weight of the factors with the analytic hierarchy process, Through case analyses, it evaluates the information service ability in a library.
