摘要
研究了一种新型齿轮泵,对其结构原理、功率密度、径向力、流量特性等进行了分析。该泵轴向尺寸小、功率密度高、流量品质好、主动齿轮所受径向力平衡、从动齿轮所受径向力也大为减少。该泵保留了普通齿轮泵的结构和性能特(优)点,性能优越,可拓展齿轮泵的应用空间,具有较高的研究和应用价值。
A new kind gear pump is studied. The new kind pump is consisted of a driving toothed gear and three driven toothed gear. And they are all located the same plant. Three subsidiary bumps are formed, when the driving toothed gear engages with the three driven toothed gear. Each sub-bump's inlet and outlet are parallel. And they form a planetary parallel toothed gear bump. Not only is its function principle dealt with, but also its delivery quality analyzed. The result show that in the condition of gear parameters are the same, the bump's displacement, average delivery and instantaneous flow-rate increase three times. The bump's power density increases. If choose the better tooth number, the plug rate of bump delivery will decrease evidently. Delivery quality improved evidently. The kind bump not only reserves average bump's properties such as simple construction, resistance of pollution, but also has the following properties such as compact construction, high power density, easier made, low cost etc. it has a good feature in industry application.
