摘要
本文从知识管理的发展现状出发,依照理论结构和实际运用两方面进行了形象化的总结归纳,在分析出当前知识管理发展混乱的一些问题基础上从知识管理中的关键概念涵义和知识管理的概念框架建设两个层次初步探讨了知识管理的可持续发展。
The article summarizes visually both academic research and application research of knowledge man- agement according to the current situation. Based on analyzing some problems in the confusion of knowledge management, the article expounds the important concepts in theory and constructs the conceptual framework for the sustainable development of knowledge management.
