摘要
当今世界进入知识经济的时代,知识管理受到越来越多的关注,而隐性知识的外化又是知识管理中的一个热点问题。通过对隐性知识外化难点的分析与思考,并且利用Web 2.0之后的新概念和新工具提出一种基于Web 2.0环境下的隐性知识挖掘的概念模型。
In this era of knowledge economic, knowledge management, the key point of which is the externalization of tacit knowledge, has intrigued more and more attention. By using the new concept and tools emerging after web 2.0 this paper provides a concept model for externalization and utilization of tacit knowledge on the base of analysis and cogitation of difficulties during the process of extemalization.
