摘要
近几年河南农业和农村经济发展取得很大成就,也存在一些问题和矛盾制约着农业可持续发展。实现由农业大省向农业强省的跨越,必须落实科学发展观,协调工农业关系、统筹城乡经济,结合省情全面协调人口、资源、环境、制度诸因素,从农业内部和外部着手,通过大力发展生态农业、依靠科技进步加快农业产业结构调整、提高农业产业化经营水平、创造良好的农业发展环境,推动河南省农业可持续发展。
Henan Province has achieved great developments in agricultural and rural economy in recent years. There are still some problems which restrict agricultural development. Being a stronger agricultural province, we must implement scientific development view and coordinate industrial and agricultural relationship, urban and rural economy development. To propel Henan＇s agricultural sustainable development, we should coordinate population, resource, environment and institution and take some countermeasures which include developing ecological agriculture, speeding up the adjustment of agricultural structure dependent on science and technology innovation, enhancing level of industrial management and creating sound surrounding for agriculture.
