摘要
用0.1%的草酸作为流动相,高效液相色谱法测定了果珍中维生素C的含量。维生素C的浓度c在0-300μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积A呈正比关系,线性相关系数为0.9993。方法的回收率为96.2%-103.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.6%(n=8)。利用高效液相色谱法测定果珍中的维生素c的含量,具有试剂用量少、操作简单、结果准确等特点,采用弱酸性的草酸为流动相,避免了维生素c的分解。
The content of Vitamin C was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with O. 1% oxalic acid as flow phase. Vitamin C concentration was linear with chromatography peak area in the range of 0 -300μg/mL, and the realative coffieient was 0.9993. The recoveries of Vitamin C in the juice powder were 96.2% - 103.2%. The relative standard deviation was 0.6% ( n = 8). The virtue of the determination method by high performance liquid chromatography was economization of reagent, easy operation and accuracy. The decomposability of Vitamin C was avoided with oxalic acid as weak acidic flow phase.
