摘要
采用硝酸溶液消解,超声波处理植物叶片,以柠檬酸钠溶液作离子强度缓冲调节剂,用氟离子选择性电极进行测定植物叶片中的氟。研究了浸提条件对测定影响,确定了最佳试验条件,该法用于植物叶片中氟化物的分析,回收率为93.0%-99.0%,相对标准偏差为3.1%-4.1%。
The plant leaves were digested by nitric acid solution, and processed by ultrasonic wave. The fluorin in plant leaves was determined by fluorine ion selective electrode with the sodium citrate solution as buffer solution. The recoveries were 93.0% -99.0%, and the standard relative deviations were 3.1% -4.1%.
