摘要
用RW试剂将水介质中游离的杀螟硫磷萃取，用气相色谱法测定出微胶囊内的杀螟硫磷有效成分含量。该法解决了“总有效成分”和“游离有效成分”的分离与测定问题。样品测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．82％（n=6），回收率为91．7％-101．6％。
Methylnitrophos in water was extracted by reagent RW. The effective constituent content of methylnitrophos in microcapsule was determinated by GC. The problem of isolation and measurement of total effective constituent and desiccative effective constituent was solved. The relative standard deviation was 0.82% （ n = 6）, and the recoveries were in the range of 91.7% to 101.6%.
