高效液相色谱法测定肝复乐胶囊中橙皮苷的含量

Determination of hesperidin in ganfule capsules by HPLC

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定肝复乐胶囊中橙皮苷的含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18柱（4．6×200mm，5μm），流动相为三乙胺磷酸溶液-乙腈（82：18），流速1．0ml·min^-1，在284nm的波长处检测。结果橙皮苷线性范围在0．02～0．2ug，r=0．9999（n=5），回收率为97．0％，RSD=1．4％（n=6）。结论高效液相色谱法测定肝复乐胶囊中橙皮苷含量，方法简便快速、准确，适合肝复乐胶囊的质量控制。

Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination the content of Hesperidin in Ganfule capsules. Methods The Hypersil BDS C18 column （4.6 × 200mm, 5μm） was used. The mobile phase was triethylamine phosphoric acid -acetonitrile（82：18）. The UV-detection wavelength was at 284nm, The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min^-1,The column temperature was 25℃,External standard method was employed. Results The linear range of Hesperidin was 0.02～0.2 μg,r=0. 9999（n=5）.The average recovery rate was 97.0% with RSD=1.4%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Ganfule capsules.
