深圳市健康体检人群3年健康状况分析

The analysis of the health status in population of health physical examination in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市健康体检人群健康状况及发展趋势。方法对2005～2007年度在我院进行健康体检的深圳市民的健康状况进行回顾性分析。结果通过健康体检发现的健康问题：（1）按检出率高低依次为肥胖、低密度脂蛋白、脂肪肝、高甘油三脂、乙肝病毒携带者、外痔、肝功能损害、高血压等；（2）3年健康状况变化趋势：肥胖、低密度脂蛋白、脂肪肝、高甘油三脂、高血糖等呈增高趋势；高血压、尿酸血症等呈降低趋势。结论代谢紊乱性疾病成为危害健康重要因素。

Objective To investigate the health status and developing tendency in population of health physical examination in Shenzhen. Methods Regressive analysis was used to analyze the health status of Shenzhen population who carry on healthy physical examination in our hospital from 2005-2007.Results Healthy problems were found via healthy physical examination： （1） From high emerging rate to low emerging rate, the rank of disease was： obesity, low density lipoprotein（LDL）, fatty liver, hyperglycerine, HBV carrier, external hemorrhoid, damage of liver function, hypertension and so on; （2） The developing tendency among three years： obesity, LDL, fatty liver, hyperglycerine and hyperglucomia showed the rising tendency while hypertension and uricacidemia lowing tendency. Conclusion Metabolism disorder diseases are the main causes of healthy harm.
