氮基气氛保护金属针布钢丝拉拔中间退火

摘要 本文介绍了氮基气氛保护金属针布钢丝拉拔中间退火的设备、仪器、工艺及试验结果。与原长炉无保护气退火工艺比较,新工艺具有钢丝退火质量好,节约能源,节约钢材,减轻劳动强度及改善劳动环境等优点。钢丝脱碳层由0.05mm以上降至0.02mm左右,维氏硬度值波动范围只有21个计量单位。取得了明显的经济效果。 This treatise introduces equipment,instruments,technology and experimental results of intermediate annealing with nitrogen gas protection. Comparing with the original long oven annealing without protective gas, this new technology has the advantages: good annealing quality, energy and material saving, labour intensity and operation circumstances improving,decarburized layer reduced from over 0.05 mm down to about 0.02mm. The fluctuation range of Vickers-hardness is within 21 measuring units etc,These remarkable economic results are obtained.
