盐酸利托君结合胸膝卧位用于纠正臀位妊娠的临床价值

Application of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with chest-knee position therapy on the success rate of cephalic version in breech presentation

目的探讨盐酸利托君结合胸膝卧位用于纠正臀妊娠的临床价值。方法选择我院2007年1月～12月产前检查28～34周臀位的孕妇220人，随机分为实验组（123例）和对照组（97例）。实验组口服盐酸利托君后胸膝卧位转胎，对照组单纯胸膝卧位转胎，对两组的结果进行比较分析。结果实验组转胎率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论盐酸利托君结合胸膝卧位用于纠正臀位妊娠效果良好，方法安全易行，值得应用推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ritodrine hydrochloride combined with chest-knee position therapy on the success rate of cephalic version in breech presentation. Methods The clinical data of 220 cases of breech presentation in terms of 28-34 weeks randomized accepted ritodrine hydrochloride with chest-knee position therapy was retrospectively analysed. Results ritodrine hydrochloride combined with chest-knee position therapy significantly improved the mission success rate of cephalic version （P〈0. 05）.Conclusion With such advantages as high efficiency, simpleness and rare complications, ritodrine hydrochloride combined with chest-knee position therapy was proved to be very effective and safe in treatment of cephalic version in breech presentation.
