摘要
研究了Al对TiV0.8-xCr1.2Alx(x=0、0.05、0.1、0.15、0.2)合金的结构与贮氢性能的影响。XRD、PCT等测试研究表明:TiV0.8-xCr1.2Alx合金均为单相bcc结构,铸态时主相为树枝状晶组织;随着Al含量由0增加到6.67at%,合金的晶格常数变大,吸氢量和放氢量减小,氢化物标准生成焓变与生成熵变增大。放氢的平台压随着Al含量的增加而线性增大。TiV0.75Cr1.2Al0.05合金最大吸氢量达3.887%(质量分数),有效吸氢量达2.288%。
The effect of Al on the structures and hydrogen storage properties of TiV0.8-xCr1.2Alx (x=0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15, 0.2) alloys was investigated in this paper. Adopting XRD and PCT measurements etc, we have found that all alloys tested possess single Phase with bcc structure and dendrite crystals in as-casting. With increasing of Al from 0 to 6.67at%, the alloy lattice parameters increase, the hydrogen absorption and desorption capacities decrease, and forming enthalpy and entropy enhance. The desorption plateau pressures increase with increasing of Al content and temperature. The maximum hydrogen capacity is 3.887 wt%, and the effective hydrogen capacity is 2.288 wt% for TiV0.75Cr1.2Al0.05 alloy.
