延边州科技信息资源共建共享体系建设的构想

The Conception of Technology Information Resource Construction and Sharing System in Yanbian State

在国家科技信息体系的大背景中,以科技信息共建共享项目建设为牵动,以传统信息咨询业务流程重组再造和文献情报系统整体化建设为支撑,建设区域科技信息资源共建共享体系是有效互动地推进延边州科技文献信息服务工作的发展,有效保障延边州科研、教育工作的顺利进行的必由之路。本文针对目前的现状提出了这一构想。

In the background of the national science and technology information system, it was the only way to build regional technology information resources eonstruction and sharing system for promoting the scientific literature information services, and ensuring the scientific research and education of Yanbian. The information technology construction and sharing project was the impetus to build the sharing system, the traditional information consulting business process reenglineering and the overall construeting of documentation intelligence system. In this paper the conception was put forward to the current status.
