分析了个性化服务是信息社会发展的必然,是网络环境下图书馆信息服务的发展方向。提出网络环境下图书馆的可持续发展必须加强个性化服务,建立并充实用户信息档案;保持与读者的良好互动关系;加强服务人才队伍建设;做好最新文献信息推送服务;有效整合资源提高服务质量。

This paper expatiated that personalized service was the inevitable development of information society, and was also the direction of library information service under the network environment. It put forward that the sus-tainable development of library under the network environment should enhance personalized serviees, set up and substantiate the users＇ information fries, maintain a good interaction relationship with readers, strengthen the building of service team, push the latest literature information, effectively integrate resources and improve service quality.
