In the era of knowledge economy, to construct and perfect the knowledge navigation system is imperative, there are several ways. First it needs to build human resources at the core, to cultivate knowledge-based librariaus and to construct human resource management system of knowledge navigation. Second it should take knowledge resources navigation as the core, form the “knowledge field” in order to perfect the dissemination share mechanism of knowledge navigation.
