企业外部社会资本的测量及其功效--基于中国房地产开发和经营行业上市公司的实证研究 被引量:12

摘要 在共同的组织目标下,分别以科尔曼和博特为代表的社会资本理论能够统一于单个组织层面,形成组织的内部社会资本和外部社会资本。鉴于目前的实际情况,我们将企业家的社会关系作为企业外部社会资本的主要形态进行研究,以具有代表性的房地产开发和经营行业为例,构建社会关系的纵向维度、横向维度、时间维度和企业家认知维度来测量企业外部社会资本,并进一步通过回归模型分析企业外部社会资本的功效。基于回归分析结果,我们得出结论:企业家的社会关系能够显著地提高企业绩效,紧密的社会网络关系已经成为企业发展的障碍,企业只有发展多样化的网络关系才能获得长期竞争优势。 The different perspectives of social capital on behalf of Coleman and Burt can be reconciled in the organization-level,forming the internal and external social capital of the organization.The paper studies the relationships between external social capital of enterprises and the corporate performance in China,taking the social relations of entrepreneurs as the key point of external social capital.Four dimensions are constructed to measure the external social capital of enterprises,namely,the longitude dimension,the latitude dimension,the time dimension,the entrepreneurs recognition entrepreneurs,which are used to build the regression models to analysis the efficiency of external social capital.The conclusion goes that:The social relations of entrepreneurs are able to improve the corporate performance significantly;The cohesive social networks becomes a source of more constraint than advantage;Enterprises enjoy long-term success largely by the developments of diversified social networks.
